     ·    Follow (Step 1) to (Step 3) of Item 9.3.
     ·    Follow (Step 1) to (Step 5) of Item 9.4.
Step 1 Detach FFC cables at connectors. (CN2006, CN2007 &
CN2017)
Step 2 Remove 1 screw. (Panel Angle)

Step 3 Upset and release the tabs.

Step 4 Detach the front panel assembly.
Special Note: Avoid placing the set in a position that might
cause damage to the jacks when removing the front panel
assembly.

     ·    Follow (Step 1) to (Step 3) of Item 9.3.
     ·    Follow (Step 1) to (Step 5) of Item 9.4.
     ·    Follow (Step 1) to (Step 4) of Item 9.5.
Step 1 Remove the volume knob & mic knob.

     ·    Disassembly of Music Port P.C.B.
Step 2 Remove 2 screws. (Mecha Holder)
Step 3 Remove the mecha holder.
Step 4 Remove Music Port P.C.B.
     ·    Disassembly of FL P.C.B., Top Button P.C.B. & Mic P.C.B.
Step 5 Remove 1 screw and the panel angle.

Step 6 Remove 6 screws.
Step 7 Remove FL P.C.B., Top Button P.C.B. & Mic P.C.B.

     ·    Follow (Step 1) to (Step 3) of Item 9.3.
Step 1 Remove 2 screws.

Step 2 Detach FFC cable at connector. (CN2008)
Step 3 Remove Scart P.C.B.

     ·    Follow (Step 1) to (Step 3) of Item 9.3.
Step 1 Detach FFC cable at connector. (CN2013)
Step 2 Remove Karaoke P.C.B. from P.C.B. holders

     ·    Follow (Step 1) to (Step 3) of Item 9.3.
     ·    Follow (Step 1) to (Step 5) of Item 9.4.
Step 1 Remove 2 screws.
Step 2 Detach FFC cables at connectors. (CS901, CN2001).
Step 3 Lift up the mechanism unit vertically to remove it.

Step 1 Remove 4 screws.

Step 1 Remove 9 screws.
Step 2 Detach connector (CN5704) at fan unit.
Step 3 Release the tabs.
Step 4 Remove the rear panel.

     ·    Follow (Step 1) to (Step 3) of Item 9.3.
     ·    Follow (Step 1) to (Step 5) of Item 9.4.
     ·    Follow (Step 1) to (Step 4) of Item 9.5.

     ·    Follow (Step 1) to (Step 2) of Item 9.8.
Step 1 Remove 7 screws.

     ·    Disassembly of Fan Unit.
Step 2 Remove 2 screws. (Fan Unit)
Step 3 Detach fan unit (CN5714 and CN5704).
     ·    Disassembly of AC-Inlet P.C.B.
Step 4 Release the tab.

Step 5 Remove AC-Inlet P.C.B. from connector. (CN5711)
Step 6 Detach FFC cables at connectors. (CN2001, CN2008,
CS901)
Step 7 Remove 3 screws. (Main P.C.B.)
Step 8 Lift up and remove Main P.C.B. and Tuner Extent
P.C.B.

Step 1 Desolder all the pins of the digital amp IC (IC5000) .
Step 2 Release the claws.
Step 3 Remove the Heat Sink A from Main P.C.B.

Step 4 Release the heat sink clip in the direction of the arrows.
Step 5 Remove the digital amp IC (IC5000).

Note: For disassembly IC5200 & IC5300, repeat the(Step 1) to
(Step 5). Refer to the diagrams of Main P.C.B. (Section 19.2)
for location of the parts.

     ·    Follow (Step 1) to (Step 3) of Item 9.3.
     ·    Follow (Step 1) to (Step 5) of Item 9.4.
     ·    Follow (Step 1) to (Step 4) of Item 9.5.
     ·    Follow (Step 1) to (Step 8) of Item 9.12 .
Step 1 Desolder all pins of the digital amp IC (IC5400).
Step 2 Desolder 2 pins of Heat Sink B.
Step 3 Remove the Heat Sink B from Main P.C.B.

Step 4 Release the heat sink clip in the direction of arrows.
Step 5 Remove the digital amp IC (IC5400).
