Loosen 14 Fixing screws on the Bearing Housing

10-7. Replacement of Outcase and
Suspension Asm
Open the back cover on the back of machine and
disassemble all lead wires.
(Pull out the pressure switch tube and connector
housing.)
Separate top cover from washing machine.
As in Fig.19, lift snubber bar and take it out of
out case with out tub.
Suspension assembly shall not be disassembled.
Replace damper as assembly. (K100)

10-8. Disassembly of Inlet Valve ASM and
D.T Housing ASM
1. Open lid assembly and disassemble detergent box.
2. Disassemble back panel(joined control panel)from
top cover.
3. Remove two inlet valve screws and pull up inlet
valve from D.T housing
Be careful that the silicon rubber of D.T housing for
sealing is not missing.

4. Inlet valve assembly is disassembled by pulling out
the lead wire attached on inlet valve assembly,
as in.
5. To disassemble D.T housing assembly, loosen the
screw tightened with the top cover and then pull the
assembly back slopped down.

10-9. Replacement of Drain pump.
Check water is remained before the drain pump
servicing.
1. Be sure to unplug the power.
2. Loosen the 4 screw on the back side and
disassemble back cover from the machine.
3. Disconnect the pump lead wire housing.
4. Loosen the 3 screw from the lower plate and
disassemble the drain pump.
5. Change the drain pump asm, assemble it
tighten the screw.
6. Assemble the back cover.
