After removing the panel assembly, the spin dryer
cover assembly and the spin dryer basket assembly,
refer to the figure and proceed as follows :

(1) Disconnect the drain hose (WP-810G only) or
the drain hose-D (WP-810GP(YP) only) from the
plunger valve assembly.
(2) Remove the nozzle case assembly from the tub.

(4) Unscrew the screws on both sides and pull off the

front panel. (fig.21)

(3) Remove the V-belt from the pulsator  pulley and the

motor pulley. (fig.20)

(5) Unscrew and remove the screws on the front and

the rear. (fig.22)

(6) Pull out the washing tub assembly. (fig.23)

To assemble the washing tub assembly to the out
case assembly, reverse the above disassembly
procedure.

After removing the spin dryer basket assembly, refer to
the figure and proceed as follows :

(1) Pull out the brake wire assembly from the brake
wire supporter and also take it out from the brake
assembly. (fig.24)

(6) Unscrew and remove the screws fastening the

motor supporter. (fig. 27)

(2) Disconnect the lead wires of the spin motor.
(3) Lay the washing machine on its front side on a

blanket or cardboard.

(4) Hold the spin motor and unscrew and remove the

screws from the base. (fig.25)

(5) Keep placing the brake spring portion lower, and

remove the spin motor. (fig.26)

(7) Loosen the bolts of the coupling assembly

fastening the motor shaft and pull up the coupling
assembly from the motor shaft. (fig. 28)

(8) Unscrew and remove the screws fastening the

brake assembly and remove the brake assembly
from the spin motor. (fig.29)

To assemble  the spin motor assembly to the base,
reverse the above disassembly procedure.

After removing the back cover and V-belt, refer to the
figure and proceed as follows :

(1) Disconnect the lead wires of the wash motor.
(2) Lay the washing machine on its front side on a
     blanket or cardboard.
(3) Hold the wash motor, and remove the nuts. (fig.30)

After removing the spin dryer basket assembly, refer to
the figure and proceed as follows :

(1) Pull out the brake wire assembly from the brake

wire supporter and also take it out from the brake
assembly.

(2) Open the washing cover and unscrew the pulsator

fixing screw and remove the pulsator. (Normal)

(4) Remove the special bolt assemblies and remove

the wash motor from the base.

(5) Pull out the damper lowers and damper washers.
(6) Loosen the socket bolt fastening the motor pulley

assembly and remove the motor pulley assembly
from the motor. (fig.31)

 To assemble the wash motor assembly to the base,

reverse the above disassembly procedure.

(3) Remove the V-belt. (fig. 33)

(4) Lay the washing machine on its front side on a

blanket or cardboard.

(5) Unscrew and remove the screws fastening the base

and remove the base assembly. (fig.34)

(6) Unscrew the pulsator pulley fixing bolt and remove

the pulsator pulley. (fig.35)

The bellows assembly attached to the unit can not be
removed unless it is torn off.

After removing the spin dryer basket assembly, refer to
the figure and proceed as follows :

(1) Remove the bellows assembly. (fig. 38)
(2) Remove the bellows supporter by using slip joint

pliers on the spin tub bottom. (fig. 38)

(7) Unscrew and remove the screws fastening the gear

case assemly at the tub. (fig.36)

To assemble the gear case assembly to the tub,
reverse the above disassembly.

Don’t disassemble 3 screws fixing the gear case.
Check the assembled condition of the pulsator packing
at the tub hold when you assemble the gear case
assembly. (fig.37)

The assembly procedure as follows :

(1) Insert the  bellows assembly into the bellows

supporter.

(2) Fit them by pushing the bellows assembly and the

bellows supporter at the same time into the spin tub
bottom. (fig.39)

(3) Pass the spin shaft through the center hole of the

bellows assembly and insert it into the coupling
assembly. (fig.39)

(4) Tighten the bolt of the coupling assembly while

adjusting it to the cutter split made in the spin shaft.
