(1) WASH SELECTOR
•
The pulsator rotation cycles will vary according to
the wash selector.

4.DISASSEMBLY INSTRUCUTIONS
Before attempting to replacement or adjust any part of
the machine, disconnect the electrical power cord from
the wall outlet.

4-1. PANEL ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT
Refer to the figure and proceed as follows :
(1) Unscrew and remove the screws fastening the back
cover and remove the back cover. (fig.1)
(2)Unwind the vinyl tape and disconnect the lead wires.
And disconnect the receptacle housing, if it is
connected. (fig.2)
Disconnect the plunger valve strap from the rod.

(3) Unscrew and remove the screws fastening the

(4) Lift up the panel assembly and lay it down on the

To assemble the panel assembly to the body,

4-1-1.TIMER REPLACEMENT
(1) Pull out the knobs. (fig.6)
(2) Disconnect and remove the timers from the inside

4-1-2. DRAIN SELECT ARM REPLACEMENT
(1) Pull out the knob. (fig.6)
(2) Disconnect the plunger valve strap from the drain

(1) Unscrew and remove the screws fastenting the front

ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT
After removing the panel assembly, proceed as follows :
(1) Open the spin dryer cover and remove the brake
wire assembly from the brake wire supporter by
pulling the wire tube in the direction of the arrow.

(2) Take out the wire end of the brake wire assembly
from the brake wire hanger and remove the brake

(3) Remove the Q-Spring from the spin dryer cover.
(4) Unscrew and remove the screws fastening the spin

4-4. SPIN DRYER BASKET
ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT
After removing the back cover, proceed as follows:
(1) Open the spin dryer cover and the safety cover-2
and pull off the safety cover-1 from the tub. (fig.16)

(2) Loosen the bolt of the coupling assembly fastening
the spin shaft. (fig.17)
