< Fuse check >
1) Sound comes, the fuse is OK.
2) If Fuse is defects, it should check again voltage of 5V, Va, Va after replacing the fuse. 
3) In case there are no voltage of 5V, Va, Vs, the board is failure, it need to replace the board.
