Description
The AT24C01A/02/04/08/16 provides 1024/2048/4096/8192/16384 bits of serial elec-
trically erasable and programmable read-only memory (EEPROM) organized as
128/256/512/1024/2048 words of 8 bits each. The device is optimized for use in many
industrial and commercial applications where low-power and low-voltage operation
are essential. The AT24C01A/02/04/08/16 is available in space-saving 8-lead PDIP, 
8-lead JEDEC SOIC, 8-lead MAP, 5-lead SOT23 (AT24C01A/AT24C02/AT24C04), 8-
lead TSSOP, and 8-ball dBGA2 packages and is accessed via a Two-wire serial inter-
face. In addition, the entire family is available in 2.7V (2.7V to 5.5V) and 1.8V (1.8V to
5.5V) versions.

DESCRIPTION
The LD1117 is a LOW DROP Voltage Regulator
able to provide up to 800mA of Output Current,
available
even
in
adjustable
version
(V
ref
=1.25V). Concerning fixed versions, are
offered the following Output Voltages: 2.5V,
2.85V, 3.0V 3.3V and 5.0V. The 2.85V type is
ideal for SCSI-2 lines active termination. The
device is supplied in: SOT-223, DPAK, SO-8
and TO-220. The SOT-223 and DPAK surface
mount
packages
optimize
the
thermal
characteristics even offering a relevant space
saving effect. High efficency is assured by NPN
pass transistor. In fact in this case, unlike than
PNP one, the Quiescent Current flows mostly
into the load. Only a very common 10
µ
F
minimum capacitor is neede d for stability. On
chip trimming allows the regulator to reach a
very tight output voltage tolerance, within
±
1%
at 25
o
C. The ADJUSTABLE LD1117 is pin to
pin
compatible
with
the
other
standard
Adjustable voltage regulators maintaining the
bette r performances in terms of Drop and
Tolerance.
