REPLACING THE POWER SUPPLY BOARDS
1. Locate both Power Supply Boards, disconnect all connectors, then
remove 5 screws from G3 Board and lift as shown to detach.
2. Remove screws from G4B Board, then lift as shown to detach from TV.
3. Locate the Sheet Insulation and lift as shown to detach.
4. Install the new Power Supply Board, Sheet Insulation, screws and
connectors.
5. Update the Software.
After ALL repairs UPDATE the SOFTWARE to the latest version.

Authorized Service Portal website.

a. Insert the USB device with the latest Software into one of the TVs’
USB ports.
b. Connect TV to AC power.
c. Wait at least 20 seconds.
d. Press the Power button

on the TV to turn it ON.
e. Wait until the Software update is completed.
REPLACING THE SWITCH UNIT
1. Disconnect 1 connector and release the clips to lift and detach.
2. Install the new Switch Unit and the connector.

REMOVING THE USB ASSEMBLY
1. Locate the USB Assembly, release the clip and lift as shown to detach.

2. Release the USB connector from the Bracket, Top.
Then lift USB Holder to detach from Cable with Connector (USB)
as shown.

REMOVING THE SPEAKERS
1. Remove screws from Speaker Woofer, disconnect connectors and lift
as shown to detach.
2. Disconnect the Speaker connectors and lift to detach.
3. Refer to these instructions for removing the opposite speakers.
REMOVING THE SMART CORE BLOCK
1. Remove 1 screw from the Bracket, SC Left and slide it left to detach.
2. Remove 1 screw from the Bracket, SC Right and slide it right to detach.
3. Twist the Smart Core downwards to release the clips and detach.
4. Locate the Light Case Assembly, press down to release the clips
and detach from the Smart Core.

5. Remove 1 screw and release the Back Cover clips as shown.
6. Lift the Back Cover to detach it from the Smart Core.

7. Locate the Mic Unit and lift as shown to detach.

8. Release the BT Module and lift to detach from Front Cover.

9. Release the Wireless LAN Card and lift as shown to detach it from
the Front Cover.

10. Release the Top Cover clips and lift to detach from Bottom Case.
