CAUTION :
1.  Do not overpull the wires during dressing

--> avoid disconnection of wires.

2.  Make sure wires are kept away from

sharp edges, heatsinks & other
high-temperature parts.

 1) Insert NS Coil connector to CN800 (A PWB).

 1) Insert Dummy connector to CN600 ( A PWB ).

CAUTION:
Make sure the dummy conn. is fully inserted to
avoid R620 burn when power on. 

CAUTION:
Make sure the connector is fully inserted.
Make sure the NS Coil at the outer side 
of Conn, Assy 7P as shown.

1) Pass the Earth Assy. Coating connector behind DGC (bottom)
  (1x) as shown.
2. Pull & Push Earth Coating assy, Conn. (1x) to ensure its locked
  on CV pwb.

Keep and prevent Earth Assy, Coating wires

from touching surface of Deflection Yoke

Check Cap assy High Voltage ID Mark
Insert Cap assy high voltage lead to FBT (A PWB).

INSTALLATION  METHOD (TVSR REQUIREMENT) :
Insert cap assy HV until 'click' sound is heard & 
push (1x) to ensure it is properly inserted
Pull cap assy HV twice to ensure it does not come off
Do not use excessive force
Push down the rubber cap so that it covers the FBT flange
completely & make sure the rubber cap  is not folded.

1) Install CV PWB to CRT neck.
2) Push the CV PWB towards CRT.

Pull up Conn. Assy 7P to give space for G2 jig.

CAUTION:
1. Make sure Earth Assy, Coating, Conn.  is completely locked.
2. Make sure Earth Assy, Coating is not too tight on C pwb.
3. Make sure Earth Assy Coating wire is kept close to CRT  surface & 
    away from heat sink and other high temperature parts
    --> Position between CRT surface and DGC as shown

Make sure the CRT socket is properly
installed into the CRT neck.

1) Dress the DY connector & connector assy,
 

5P with purse lock Ø5 (1x) as shown.

1) Install HV Cable Holder to HV Lead assy. 

DISTANCE :
210 ± 5mm

CAUTION:
Keep DY conn. in vertical during
dress together with conn. 5P

TVSR REQUIREMENT :
1) Make sure the distance between
  connector to FBT and all other high
  voltage parts is more than 10mm.

TVSR REQUIREMENT :
HV Lead must be kept away from conductive 
parts 1 mm/kV minimum is 30mm.

CAUTION:
The height of the purse lock must be
straight with heatsink height to avoid
connector touching with FBT.

CAUTION:
Make sure the specified position
is being followed to avoid HV Lead
from touching rear cover, heat sink
at CV/C PWB & DY.

CAUTION:
1) Make sure the HV Holder, Combi slit is facing
  opposite the DGC.
2) Make sure the distance between HV Lead Assy 
  from conductive parts 1mm/kv or 30mm

CAUTION:
Make sure wire does not touch HS ( IC751), sharp edges
heat sink & other high temperature parts on A PWB.
Make sure cable tie end facing toward CRT (to avoid
rattle sound if it towards the rear cover)

1. Fix HV Holder Combi to DGC using its hook as shown.

Bigger hook for Aluminium DGC (Part no. 1-457-281-11)
Smaller hook for Copper DGC ( Part no. 1-456-280-11)

2. Dress the HV Holder Combi & DGC with purse lock Ø9
    as shown.

Dress Conn. Assy 7p with Cable Tie at hole"A" (1x)
as shown.

When hooking HV holder combi to DGC, hook at the
curvy part of DGC finding the most suitable position
without giving any stress/deformation on HV holder combi
