WIRE DRESSING

1) Pass the Earth Assy. Coating connector behind DGC (bottom)
(1x) as shown.
2. Pull & Push Earth Coating assy, Conn. (1x) to ensure its locked
on CV pwb.
(1x) as shown.

Keep and prevent Earth Assy, Coating wires
from touching surface of Deflection Yoke
Check Cap assy High Voltage ID Mark
Insert Cap assy high voltage lead to FBT (A PWB).

INSTALLATION METHOD (TVSR REQUIREMENT) :
Insert cap assy HV until 'click' sound is heard &
push (1x) to ensure it is properly inserted
Pull cap assy HV twice to ensure it does not come off
Do not use excessive force
Push down the rubber cap so that it covers the FBT flange
completely & make sure the rubber cap is not folded.

1) Install CV PWB to CRT neck.
2) Push the CV PWB towards CRT.

Pull up Conn. Assy 7P to give space for G2 jig.
CAUTION:
1. Make sure Earth Assy, Coating, Conn. is completely locked.
2. Make sure Earth Assy, Coating is not too tight on C pwb.
3. Make sure Earth Assy Coating wire is kept close to CRT surface &
away from heat sink and other high temperature parts
--> Position between CRT surface and DGC as shown

opposite the DGC.
2) Make sure the distance between HV Lead Assy
from conductive parts 1mm/kv or 30mm

1. Fix HV Holder Combi to DGC using its hook as shown.
Note :
Bigger hook for Aluminium DGC (Part no. 1-457-281-11)
Smaller hook for Copper DGC ( Part no. 1-456-280-11)

2. Dress the HV Holder Combi & DGC with purse lock Ø9
as shown.
