1   Remove 3 screws (KLV-32FA40A ONLY)

CAUTION: When cleaning the TV, be sure to unplug the power cord to avoid any chance of electric shock.

1   Clean the cabinet of the TV with a dry soft cloth.

2   Wipe the LCD screen gently with a soft cloth.

  Stubborn stains may be removed with a cloth slightly moistened with a solution of mild soap and warm water.
  If using a chemically pretreated cloth, please follow the instruction provided on the package.
  Never use strong solvents such as a thinner, alcohol or benzine for cleaning. 
  Periodic vacuuming of the ventilation openings is recommended to ensure to proper ventilation.

1   Remove 6 screws

2   Disconnect 7 connectors (KLV-32FA40A ONLY)

 

Disconnect 8 connectors (KLV-37FA40A ONLY)

1   Slide out three Loudspeakers from Bezel.

1   Remove 4 screws to remove Neck

2   Remove 6 screws from Base Plate

3   Remove 18 screws from Bottom Cover

4   Disconnect 1 connector

5   Remove 7 screws from GK Board

6   Remove 4 screws from Bottom Cover.

To adjust various set features, use the Remote Commander to put the 
set into service mode to display the service menus and categories.

1.  TV must be in standby mode. (Power off).

2.  Press the following arrows on the Remote Commander within a 

second of each other:
