1   Remove 20 screws from Rear Cover

2   Remove 1 screw from Side Jack position

3   Remove 1 screw from Terminal position

4   Remove 4 screws from Rear Cover

5   Remove 4 screws from Rear Cover

 

NOTE: The Rear Cover is attached to the Bezel Assembly with small Clamps (4 places).

 

Use caution when removing the Rear Cover not to damage these Clamps.

 

To re-install the Rear Cover, press the Rear Cover down on Clamps to lock into position.

1   Disconnect 3 connectors from D6N Board

2   Remove 4 screws from D6N Board

3   Unhook Side Jack from Main Bracket

4   Disconnect 5 connectors from BM3 Board

5   Remove 9 screws from BM3 Board

6   Disconnect 7 connectors from G5N (Power) Board

7   Remove 5 screws from G5N (Power) Board

8   Disconnect 5 connectors from D5N Board

9   Remove 4 screws from D5N Board

1   Lift the bottom of Switch Unit counterclockwise to unhook from Bezel

2   Disconnect 1 connector from HSW3 Board

1   Gently place the TV set face down onto a soft cloth

2   Remove 4 screws from Table-Top Stand Assembly

3   Remove 2 screws from Under Cover to detach from Bottom Frame

1   Remove 1 screw from D Frame

2   Carefully peel off Insulating Sheet (D6) from LCD Panel and Main Frame

3   Remove 1 screw from Main Frame and Bezel

4   Remove 2 screws from Main Frame

5   Unhook VESA Frame from Center Frame

6   Remove 2 screws from Center Frame

7   Remove 1 screw from G Frame

8   Remove 4 screws from Spine(L)

9   Remove 4 screws from Spine(R)

10   Remove 3 screws from Bottom Frame

11   Remove 1 screw from Bottom Frame

 

NOTE: Insulating Sheet is not included with the LCD Panel and must be 
replaced when replacing the LCD panel.  For part number information,
refer to the Exploded View Section of this manual.
