1-4.  TABLE-TOP STAND ASSEMBLY AND UNDER COVER REMOVAL
1   Gently lay LCD panel on a soft cloth.
2   Remove 4 screws from Table-Top Stand Assembly
3   Remove 2 screws from Under Cover from Bottom Frame

1   Release embossed indentation from LCD Panel hole

2   Push and slide Top Stay out from Front Cabinet Assembly

3   Rotate VESA Brackets to counter clockwise and remove from LCD Panel spines
4   Remove 1 screw from AC Inlet
5   Remove 1 screw from AC Inlet Bracket
6   Remove 1 screw from Bottom Bracket

Remove 3 screws from Bottom Bracket 
 (KDL-52Z5100 
ONLY)

1-6.  LOUDSPEAKER, UNDER BAR, AND IR/LED REMOVAL
1   Remove 6 screws from Both Speakers 
 (KDL-40Z5100 
ONLY)
2   Slide out both Speakers and Baffl es from Front Cabinet Assembly 
 (KDL-46Z5100/52Z5100 
ONLY)
3   Remove 1 screw from LED Guide unit
4   Disconnect 1 connector from HL3 Board and release from LED Guide  
5   Unhook and release LED Guide from Front Cabinet Assembly
6   Disconnect 1 connector from HSN Board and release from IR Guide  
7   Unhook and release IR Guide from Front Cabinet Assembly

1-7. LCD 
PANEL 
REMOVAL
1   Remove LVDS cable and holder from T-CON and LCD panel
2   Remove 3 screws and release LCD panel from Front Cabinet Assembly 
 (KDL-40Z5100 
ONLY)
 
Remove 5 screws and release LCD panel from Front Cabinet Assembly 
 (KDL-46Z5100 
ONLY)
 
Remove 6 screws and release LCD panel from Front Cabinet Assembly 
 (KDL-52Z5100 
ONLY)
3   Disconnect 1 connector from Illumination Module and remove from Front Cabinet Assembly
4   Remove 4 screws and detach 2 Heat Sinks from LCD Panel - reattach the Heat Sinks to the replacement LCD panel
NOTE: 
The Radiation Sheet and Insulating Sheets are not included with the LCD Panel.
