1 Remove 14 screws from Rear Cover
2 Remove 1 screw from Side Jack position
3 Remove 1 screw from Terminal position
4 Remove 4 screws from VESA positions
5 Remove 3 screws from Bottom Frame positions
6 Carefully lift Rear Cover terminal side up and rotate toward Switch Unit side
7 Release Clamp and remove Rear Cover from Front Cabinet Assembly
NOTE:
The Rear Cover is attached to Front Cabinet Assembly with a small Clamp.
Use caution when removing the Rear Cover not to damage the Clamp.
To re-install the Rear Cover, press the Rear Cover down on Clamp to lock into position.

1 Push Point A as shown and rotate Switch Unit clockwise to release the hook
from Front Cabinet Assembly.
2 Push Point B as shown and rotate Switch Unit counterclockwise to release
the hook from Front Cabinet Assembly.
3 Disconnect connector from Power Switch.
4 Disconnect 1 connector from Switch Unit

1 Disconnect 5 connectors from D2N Board and D4N Board
2 Remove 2 screws from D2N Board and D4N Board
3 Unhook Side Jack top and bottom from BR Board position
4 Disconnect 5 connectors from BR Board
5 Remove 8 screws from BR Board
6 Disconnect 7 connectors from G7N (Power) Board (KDL-46W5100/52W5100 Only)
7 Remove 4 screws from G7N (Power) Board (KDL-46W5100/52W5100 Only)
8 Disconnect 7 connectors from G6NS (Power) Board (KDL-40W5100 Only)
9 Remove 4 screws from G6NS (Power) Board (KDL-40W5100 Only)
10 Disconnect 4 connectors from D1N Board (KDL-40W5100/46W5100 Only)
Disconnect 5 connectors from D3N Board (KDL-52W5100 Only)
11 Remove 2 screws from D1N Board and D3N Board
