SWITCH UNIT, HEM2 BOARD, CAMERA MODULE, AND
WIRELESS LAN CARD REMOVAL
A Remove 1 screw from Switch Unit
B Lift up Switch Unit and disconnect 2 connectors to detach from Center Cabinet
C Release 2 clips to detach Power Switch from Switch Unit
D Lift up AC Power Cord and disconnect 1 connector to detach from LCD Panel
E Slide-out right side Speaker to detach from Center Cabinet
F Slide-out left side Speaker to detach from Center Cabinet
G Release clips and disconnect 1 connector to detach HEM2 Board from Center Cabinet
H Remove 1 screw from Camera Module, then release clips and disconnect 1 connector to detach from Center
Cabinet
I Carefully lift-up Camera Sealing Cap to detach from Center Cabinet
J Remove 1 screw from Wireless LAN Card to detach from LCD Panel
K Remove 1 screw from Antenna to detach from Center Cabinet
L Remove 1 screw from Antenna to detach from Center Cabinet

G4 (POWER SUPPLY) BOARD AND LD BOARD REMOVAL
NOTES:
The Insulation Sheet (G4) is not included with the LCD Panel and must be replaced when replacing
the LCD Panel.
The LD Board is NOT included with the replacement LCD Panel. Remove the LD Board from the
original LCD Panel to use on the replacement LCD Panel.
A Remove 2 screws and lift-up LD Shield to detach from LCD Panel
B Disconnect 4 connectors and lift-up LD Board to detach from LCD Panel
C Remove 3 screws and disconnect 5 connectors from G4 Board
D Remove 3 screws and disconnect 1 connector from Woofer Box to detach from LCD Panel

A Remove 6 screws and disconnect 6 connectors from BATL Board to detach from LCD Panel

B Release 2 clips and slide-out Bottom Bracket to detach from BATL Board

CAUTIONS:
CLEANING THE LCD PANEL
CAUTION: When cleaning the TV, be sure to unplug the power cord to avoid any chance of electric shock.
Clean the cabinet of the TV with a dry soft cloth.
Wipe the LCD screen gently with a soft cloth.
Stubborn stains may be removed with a cloth slightly moistened with a solution of mild soap and warm water.
If using a chemically pretreated cloth, please follow the instruction provided on the package.
Never use strong solvents such as a thinner, alcohol or benzine for cleaning.
Periodic vacuuming of the ventilation openings is recommended to ensure to proper ventilation.

The HLT2 Board is attached to the
LCD Panel with PWB (H) Tape. Do
NOT damage the HLT2 Board when
removing from the LCD Panel.
A Remove 3 screws from Center
Cabinet to detach from LCD Panel
B Carefully lift-up HLT2 Board to
detach from LCD Panel
