SECTION 1:  DISASSEMBLY
1-1.  REAR COVER REMOVAL
1   Slide out Switch unit from Bezel
2   Disconnect 1 connector from HSW3 Board
1   Remove 15 screws from Rear Cover 
(KDL-32XBR9 Only)
 
Remove 18 screws from Rear Cover 
(KDL-40V5100 Only)
 
Remove 20 screws from Rear Cover 
(KDL-46V5100 Only)
2   Remove 1 screw from Side Jack position
3   Remove 1 screw from Terminal position
4   Remove 2 screws from Rear Cover 
(KDL-32XBR9 Only)
 
Remove 4 screws from Rear Cover 
(KDL-40V5100/46V5100 Only)
5   The Rear Cover is attached to the 
Bezel Assembly with three small tabs. 
Use caution when removing the Rear Cover
to avoid damage to these tabs

1   Unhook Side Jack Cover from Main Bracket 
2   Disconnect 5 connectors from BM3 Board 
3   Remove 9 screws from BM3 Board
4   Disconnect 5 connectors from IP2 Board (KDL-46V5100 Only)
5   Remove 6 screws from IP2 Board (KDL-46V5100 Only)
6   Disconnect 5 connectors from IP1 Board (KDL-40V5100 Only)
7   Remove 5 screws from IP1 Board (KDL-40V5100 Only)
8   Disconnect 3 connectors from G2CE Board (KDL-32XBR9 Only)
9   Remove 6 screws from G2CE Board (KDL-32XBR9 Only)
