To remove the ‘G4’ board disconnect all the connectors and 
remove the 4 screws circled, then ease the board gently away 
from the back of the TV set.

The ‘HL4A’ board can then be removed by releasing the 2
clips circled.

To remove the ‘HSN’ board disconnect the 1 connector and 
release the 1 clip circled, then ease the board gently away 
from the back of the TV set.

To remove the ‘IP1’ board disconnect all connectors and then 
remove the 4 screws circled and ease the board gently away 
from the back of the TV set.
Note: Refer to page 4 - Hirose MDF61 connector.
To remove the ‘HL4A’ board first remove the ‘Rear Cover’
(See Sec 2-2-1) the Stand Assy (See Sec 2-2-4) and then the
‘Under Cover’ (See Sec 2-2-5). The ‘Guide, Led’ can then be
removed by disconnecting the 1 connector and releasing the
1 clip circled.

Service adjustments to this model can be performed using the
supplied Remote Commander (See front cover). 
3.  The TVM menu appears on the screen (See Pic.1).
Note :

After carrying out the service adjustments, to prevent the  
 
customer accessing the ‘Service Menu’ switch the TV set OFF 
 
and then ON.
1.  Turn on the power to the TV set and enter into the stand-by
 
mode.
2.  Press the following sequence of buttons on the Remote 
 
Commander.

1.  Press “2 / 5” on the remote commander to select (up / down)
 
category (See Pic.2).
2.  Press “1 / 4” on the remote commander to select (up / down)

3.  Press “3 / 6” on the remote commander to select (up / down)
 
data (See Pic.2).
3-3. Writing TVM Data
1.  Press “Mute” on the remote commander. The word “SERVICE”
 
changes to “WRITE” (See Pic.3).
