CAUTION: Do not damage the Power Board Connector and Power Supply Cord when removing the Rear Cover.

GE2A/GE3A (POWER SUPPLY) BOARD, HMS3 BOARD AND
SWITCH UNIT REMOVAL
A Remove 5 screws and disconnect 4 connectors from GE2A/GE3A Board
B Lift up AC Power Cord to detach from LCD Panel
C Lift up Switch Unit and disconnect 1 connector to detach from Bezel
D Slide-out right side Speaker to detach from Bezel
D Slide-out right side Speaker to detach from Bezel
E Slide-out left side Speaker to detach from Bezel
F Release 2 clips to detach Side Jack Bracket from BATV Board
G Remove 1 screw from HMS3 Board
H Release clips and disconnect 1 connector from HMS3 Board to detach from LED Guide
I Lift up Frenel Lens to detach from HMS3 Board

NOTES:
Refer to
“Handling the LVDS FFC Connector” on page 3
to disconnect the LVDS Connector.
The Insulation Sheet (G4), Insulation Sheet (G10), and Side Jack Label (Label BAT-V Mold Side) are not
included with the LCD Panel and must be replaced when replacing the LCD Panel.
