NOTE: The WIDE ZOOM mode deliberately compresses the picture areas near the top
and bottom of the screen, and stretches the picture areas at the sides of the screen.

center of the screen where the viewer’s attention is usually focused, while at the same
time allowing the images to fi ll the entire screen area.
