1.
Set the unit to the TELE end.
2.
Making pairs of three pieces of straight coma and three pieces of straight coma shaft, insert them in the cam groove of length groove
barrel assy (3-4 lens assy) in the direction shown in the figure.
3.
Aligning the straight coma shaft with the straight coma shaft installation groove of straight barrel assy, install the unit to the straight
barrel assy.
Note:
Align the Z.ECD flexible board with the zoom brush installation part (straight barrel).
4.
Rotating the 2nd cam barrel, align the cam groove of 2nd cam barrel with the screw hole of straight barrel.
5.
Apply the adhesive bond (B-40) to about two threads from the tips of straight coma screws and tighten three straight coma screws.

Set the unit to the WIDE end and align the cam groove of 2nd cam barrel and cam groove of straight barrel with the screw holes of 3-
4 lens assy.
7.
Apply two drops of adhesive bond (B-40) to the tips of 5th coma screws and tighten the 5th comas (Three pieces) and 5th coma
screws (Three pieces).
Set the unit to the WIDE end and 
align the cam groove of 2nd cam barrel 
and cam groove of straight barrel.

1.
Apply the grease (G-48) to the indicated portion of straight barrel (straight barrel assy). (Three location at inner side, six locations at
cam groove side, three locations at outer side)
Note:
The straight barrel assy is replaced with a unit. The straight barrel and 2nd cam barrel are not supplied alone.
2.
Apply the grease (G-48) to the indicted portion of 2nd cam barrel (straight barrel assy).
(Two locations at the inner side, six locations of cam groove)
3.
Aligning the bayonet of straight barrel with the groove of 2nd cam barrel, install the 2nd cam barrel and straight barrel.
