When affixing the name plate to the outer tube, perform as follows.

Suffix of outer tube [-01]

 the tape is needed.

Suffix of outer tube [-02]

 the tape is not needed.

The above figure shows the outer tube with suffix -01. The tape should be
affixed to the location (stair) circled by red broken lines.
As the outer tube with suffix -02 has no stair, the tape is not needed.
