Install the MF detection switch block to the outer tube. Apply two drops of adhesive bond (B-40) to the tips of two screws and tighten
the MF detection switch block with two screws.
2.
Install the MR sensor base plate block to the outer tube and tighten two screws tentatively.
3.
After performing the MR waveform inspection of [5-8. HALF COMPLETION INSPECTION], apply the adhesive bond (B-10) to the
heads of two screws.

Solder two harnesses (green/black) to the DV encoder flexible.
5.
Cut two sheets of polyester tape in 20mm length and affix them to cover the area 12x20mm so that four harnesses are fixed as shown
in the figure.
6.
Solder the MR connection flexible of MR sensor base plate block to the DV encoder flexible.
7.
Cut two sheets of polyester tape in20mm length and affix them to cover the area 12x20mm so that the MR sensor base plate block is
fixed.

1.
Install the A encoder brush to the focus connect ring A with two screws tentatively.
2.
After performing the [5-6. Focus Brush Position Adjustment], apply the adhesive bond (B-10) to the indicated portions.

Note:
Use the adhesive bond (LOCTITE 460) or the equivalent.
Do not use the instant glue which becomes white after dried.
1.
Affix the focus connection ring tape to the focus cam ring as shown in the figure below.
2.
Make two pairs of focus connect ring pin and focus insulate bush and apply two drops of adhesive bond (B-40) to the tips of focus
connect ring pins. Fix the focus connect ring A to the focus cam ring tentatively to the extent that the gap exists.
3.
Fill the adhesive bond (LOCTITE 460) in the gap between focus cam ring and focus connect ring A.
4.
Tighten firmly two focus connect ring pins.

Align two harnesses of mirror tube (B) block with the cut portion A of outer tube as shown in the figure below and install the Mirror
Tube (B) Block to the outer tube.
Note:
Free two harnesses of mirror tube (B) block from the cut portion B of outer tube.
2.
Apply two drops of adhesive bond (B-40) to the tips of six screws and tighten the mirror tube (B) block with six screws.
3.
Solder two harnesses (leading from the FH flexible ) to the indicated portion of DV encoder flexible.
