• Finished Inspection JIG (AC100V only)
• Lens Adjustment Program (ActuatorChecker)
• SSM Half Completion JIG
• Adhesive Bond (B-10)
• Half Completion ADJ Stand
• Half Completion JIG
Note:
Please make the Half Completion JIG in each service station.
For details of the jig making method, refer to “4-1-1. List of Service Tools and Equipments” Note 5.
4-7-1. Preparations
1.
Attach the checking lens to the equipment. (Refer to LENS GENERAL ADJUSTMENT GUIDE Section 1-2. Fig. 1-2-3 and Section
6. Fig. 6-1-1.)
2.
Start up the lens adjustment program (ActuatorChecker).
3.
Click “Set up” and perform the initial setting. (Refer to LENS GENERAL ADJUSTMENT GUIDE Section 1-3.)

Perform Half Completion Adjustment/Inspection items in the order
as shown below.

In case of connecting the flexible board of MR block assy,
cut off the prong on both sides of the flexible board.

4-7-3. Connecting Procedure When Using Half Completion Jig

Installation procedure of Half Completion JIG and Cab lens
1. The Half completion JIG is installed on the Cab lens with two screws.
2. Connect, Encoder flexible, MR flexible, and SSM flexible. (It is no need to connect SW flexible board.)

4-7-4. MR Waves Inspection/Adjustment
1.
Click [MR Waves].
2.
The MR Waves Check is started, turn the focus ring and confirm the MR waves.

In the MR waves check, confirm "OK" appears on the Amp and Mean columns in all range while the focus is rotating.
(In case “NG” appears onc part, it is out of order. The size of green circle in the big screen shows its tendency.)

In case that “OK” does not appear on both the Amp and Mean columns in all ranges while rotating the focus in the MR wave check,
adjust by moving the position of the MR sensor.
5.
After adjustment, apply the adhesive bond (B-10) to the head of screw.

4-7-5. Focus Brush Position Check/Adjustment
1. Preparations
1)
Disassemble or assemble the inspecting lens to the state shown in Fig.4-7-7.

Make up as shown in Fig. 4-7-3 referring “4-7-3. CONNECTING PROCEDURE WHEN USING HALF COMPLETION JIG”.
2. Adjustment/Inspection Method
1)
Click [START !Ent?] or [Adjust Focus Brush].
2)
Operate as instructed in the menu.
3)
Set the focus to infinity end.

When the focus locates on the focus adjustment end, the pop-up window shown below appears.At this position, tighten the screw to
fix the brush.
