Refer to the following statements when replacing the Optical 
filter block.
Method of Removal
(1)  Pour the solvent (alcohol or liquid cleaner) between the 
omega unit and the spacer sheet.
∗ Please wait until the adhesive strength of the spacer 
sheet gets weaker.
(2)  Detach the spacer sheet from the omega unit.
Method of Attachment
(1)  Attach the Optical filter block to the spacer sheet to make 
the entire area of the optical filter block uniform.
∗ Replace the spacer sheet due to the deformation of
   spacer sheet and the decrease in the adhesive strength 
of the double-faced adhesive tape.
∗ The two-layer side of the optical filter block is on the 
omega unit side.
(2)  Attach the optical filter block and spacer sheet to the 
omega unit so that the entire area of the spacer sheet 
      is uniform.
∗ Be very careful to prevent dust and foreign objects from 
entering during this work.
Pour the solvent (alcohol or liquid cleaner) 
between the omega unit and the spacer sheet.

Optical Filter Block
Note 2: 光学フィルタブロックを交換する際は，下記を参照してくだ
さい。
取り外し方
(1)  オメガユニットと間隔シートの間に溶剤（アルコールま
たはクリーニング液）を流し込む。
* 間隔シートの粘着力が弱くなるのを待ってください。
(2)  オメガユニットから間隔シート，光学フィルタブロック
を取り外す。
組み付け方
(1)  間隔シートに対し，上下左右が均一になるように
光学フィルタブロックを貼り付ける。
* 間隔シートは変形、または両面接着力低下するため、
交換してください。
* 光学フィルタブロックは2層側がイメージャー側にな
ります。
(2)  オメガユニットに対し，上下左右が均一になるように
間隔シート，光学フィルタブロックを貼り付ける。
* ゴミ侵入には十分注意して作業をお願いします。

Note 3:
Precautions for Replacement of Imager
•
 
If the imager has been replaced, carry out all the adjustments for the 
 
camera section.
•
 
As the imager may be damaged by static electricity from its structure, 
 
handle it carefully like for the MOS IC.
 
In addition, ensure that the receiver is not covered with dusts nor 
 
exposed to strong light.
Note 3: 
イメージャー交換時の注意
・   イメージャーを交換した場合は，カメラ部の全調整を行ってくだ
さい。
・  イメージャーは構造上，静電気により破壊される恐れがあるため，
 MOS 
ICと同様に注意して取り扱ってください。
  また，受光部にはゴミの付着，および強い光がはいることのない
  ように注意してください。
Note 6:   The IM adjust washers (C) differ in thickness.
Make sure to return the removed IM adjust washers to
original places.
 
When replacing IM adjust washers, refer to “2-2. SELECTION
PARTS” on page 2-20.
 
If the original state cannot be restored due to loss of
the IM adjust washer, for example, replace the Mount
Block Assy (Service).
Note 5:   Refer to “Assembly-4: Putting position of the IM Adjust 
Washer (C) ” when you assemble.
Note 4:   Refer to “Assembly-6: Method of attachment of the MB Mask 
Sheet” when you assemble.
Note 6:  IM調整ワッシャ (C) は，それぞれ厚さが異なります。
取り外したIM調整ワッシャは，必ず元の位置に戻してくだ
さい。
 
また，IM調整ワッシャを交換する際は，2-20ページの “2-2.
SELECTION PARTS”を参照してください。
 
IM adjust washerを紛失するなどして元の状態に戻せなく
なった場合は，Mount Block Assy (Service) を交換してくだ
さい。
Note 5:  組立時は“Assembly-4: Putting position of the IM Adjust 
Washer (C) ”を参照してください。
Note 4:  組立時は“Assembly-6: Method of attachment of the MB Mask 
Sheet”を参照してください。
Note 7:   The Radiation Sheet (MT) when peeling off once, so that it 
cannot be reused. 
Note 7:  Radiation Sheet (MT)は，一度剥がすと粘着力が弱くなるた
め，再利用はしないでください。
