Confirm that the stepped projection of the Tube B and the cam groove are located as shown in the figure.

Match the flexible board of the 2 Lens Assy with the step of the Tube B as shown in the figure, and insert the three projections of the 2 Lens
Assy into the three Cam Tube grooves from the objective side.

Match the projection (hole side) of the Cam Tube with the circle on the Tube B, and insert the Tube B into the Cam Tube.

Turn the Tube B clockwise approx. 20 degrees to match the two projections of the Tube B with the Cam Tube projection.

While pressing the Cam Tube to prevent it from turning, turn the Tube B clockwise approx. 90 degrees to extend the 2 Lens Assy

to the eyepiece side.

Further turn the Tube B clockwise approx. 30 degrees to retract the 2 Lens Assy.

Match the notched rail of the 1 Lens Assy with the groove (sandwiched by slim grooves) of the Tube A Assy.

While inserting the three rails of the 1 Lens Assy into the three grooves of the Tube A Assy, install the 1 Lens Assy, Barrier Assy,
and Ornamental Ring A to the Tube A Assy.

While inserting the projection inside the Tube A Assy into the bayonet groove of the Cam Tube, install the 2 Lens Assy, Cam Tube,
and Tube B to the Tube A Assy.
(The Cam Tube projection (small) and the two projections of the Tube A Assy are located as shown in the figure.)

Confirm that the flexible board, Tube B step, and the Cam Tube projection (small) on the cam groove side are located as shown in the figure.

Push the Ornamental Ring A to insert the three pins of the Group 1 Assy into the three cam grooves of the Cam Tube.

Then the Tube A Assy clockwise to the maximum (approx. 130 degrees) while holding the projections of the Cam Tube.
(At this time, the Ornamental Ring A is extended approx. 2 mm.)

While pressing Tube A Assy to prevent it from turning, hold the two projections of the Cam Tube and turn the Cam Tube counterclockwise
approx. 10 degrees to retract the Ornamental Ring A.

Set the Through Cam Tube and the Rotary Tube at the position where the Through Cam Tube is turned clockwise approx.
5 degrees from the Through Cam Tube, Rotary Tube, and Ornamental Ring C installation location.
(The position where the semicircular edge of the Through Cam Tube and the gear edge of the Rotary Tube overlap is the installation location.)

Match the step of the Tube B with the opening of the Through Cam Tube.

Install the Group 1 and Group 2 to the Rotary Tube Assy while inserting the 12 projections of the Group 1 and Group 2 into the eight grooves
of the Rotary Tube Assy.

Turn the Through Cam Tube counterclockwise to the maximum to set it in the TELE end state.

Insert the four projections of the flexible board into the four flexible board insertion parts in the order shown in the figure while pushing
the flexible board folded part into the groove.

Turn the Through Cam Tube clockwise to return it to the retracted state.

Match the semicircular edge of the Through Cam Tube with the Naruto Gear installation location.

Install the camera body to the Stationary Tube while inserting the seven projections on the camera body into the seven grooves of
the Stationary Tube.

Turn the Naruto Gear jig counterclockwise to set the camera body in the TELE end state.
Note: Fully turn the Naruto Gear jig.

Fold the flexible board as shown in the figure and pass it through the perpendicular hole.
Note: Pass the conductive part first and then the contact part through the perpendicular hole.

Install the two projections of the flexible board into the two flexible board insertion grooves.

Install the Rear Mirror Plate Assy to the camera body and tighten three screws.
Note: Tighten screws in the order shown in the figure below.
*Tightening torque = 0.10

± 0.01N • m (0.1 ± 0.1kgf • cm)

Turn the Naruto Gear jig clockwise to return the camera body to the retracted state.

Fold the Main Flexible Board and attach it to the camera body along the folded line.

Fix the Main Flexible Board and fold the Focus Flexible Board.

Connect the Focus Flexible Board to the connector.
