1-6. ORNAMENTAL RING A OR BARRIER ASSY REPLACING METHOD

Peel off release papers of Barrier Tapes.

Install Ornamental Ring A and press it lightly.
Installation

Remove Barrier Assy by disengaging four claws.
Removal

Turn on the power switch and extend the lens.

Detach the battery.

Remove while turning the Ornamental Ring A right and left.

Pour a solvent such as alcohol from four places A to the tweezers or a needle shown below into a gap of Ornamental Ring A.

With four claws fitted in position, install the Barrier Assy.

Remove the four soldering, and disconnect the flexible board form the connector.

Remove the flexible board from the three tabs with peeling off the adhesive tapes.

Remove the screw, and remove the zoom motor.

Rotate the Naruto Gear and the lens is drawn out.

Pass the Flexible Board through the hole of the Fixed Stationary Tube.

Rotate the Naruto Gear and the lens is retractile.

Remove the Naruto Gear.

Remove the spring from the hook.

Remove the five screws, and remove the Rear Mirror Plate.

Install the 1 Group Assy so that the Coma attached white part match the opposite side groove of triangle-shaped projection.

Install Straight Tube B to Cam Tube Block Assy with aligning the positions as shown in figure.

Install the 2 Group Assy to Cam Tube Block Assy so that white part of 2 Group Assy becomes opposite position of gear portion
of Cam Tube Block Assy.

Rotate the Straight Tube B.

Install the 3 Group Assy.

Install the Shutter Assy. (floating slightly)

Install the Cam Tube Assy to 1 Group Assy with aligning gear edge of Cam tube Assy

Rotate the 1 Group Assy with tucking it slightly.

Rotate the straight tube B only.

Rotate the Cam Tube Block Assy slightly, insert it into the lens tube.

Install the Rear Mirror Plate with the five screws in the order of numbers.

Install the Naruto Gear. (up side is shallow hole side.)

Extension the lens by turning the Naruto Gear.

Eject the Flexible Board from Fixed Stationary Tube Block, set the selvage of Flexible Board into the holding part.

Connect the Flexible board to the connector, and solder the four locations.

Perform the Flange Back Adjustment after the assembling.

Install the Zoom Motor with the screw.

Install the Flexible board with the five Adhesive Tapes and three claws.

Install the spring to hook.

Rotate the Naruto Gear and the lens is retractile.
