(1) In operation mode, MPU(IC101) starts operation and read the firmware from
FLASH MEMORY (IC501).
(2) MPU(IC101) outputs LCD control signals and LCD shows initial screen.
(3) MPU(IC101) uses SD-RAM(IC301, IC302) for signal processing of HDD,
Wired input and Wireless input and so on.

(1) SYSTEM CONTROLLER(IC5006) checks AMP circuit temperature by
thermistor(TH200). If temperature is high, SYSTEM
CONTROLLER(IC5006) send the status to MPU(IC101) and “AMP
PROTECTOR” is displayed on LCD.
(2) “AMP PROTECTOR” is shown on LCD when DC DETECT circuit detects
abnormal current in speaker signal line. (Shortage of speaker line, etc.)
(3) HDD equips self-check function of temperature inside. If HDD temperature is
too high the condition is detected and sent to MPU(IC101) Then “HDD
too high, the condition is detected and sent to MPU(IC101). Then, HDD
PROTECTOR” is displayed on LCD.
(4) MPU(IC101) equips self-check function of temperature inside. If MPU
temperature is too high, “CPU PROTECTOR” is displayed on LCD.

(1) MPU(IC101) checks the current in
USB VBUS line. If
USB VBUS line’s
current is over the limitation, it is detected by MPU(IC101) and “USB
PROTECTOR” is displayed on LCD.

(1) By detecting temperature condition with thermistor and so on, SYSTEM
CONTROLLER(IC5006) control FAN MOTOR with FAN_EN(89pin) and
FAN_SLOW/FAST(90pin) signals.
(2) There is 3 types of FAN MOTOR speed by temperature condition.
Fan motor speed mode for HAP-S1 is Slow/Mid/Fast, but HAP-Z1ES is
Slow/Fast only.
(NOTE) HAP-S1 equips ventilators in the side panels. If the temperature error
message is displayed in the customer’s environment only, please check the
setting situation around the set well.
FAN motor operation can be checked in test mode.
