GAP  BETWEEN  DVD  BLOCK  AND  LCD  BLOCK
• Confirm the bend of LCD block and gap between DVD block and LCD block within specification.
• Confirm the gap of LCD block and DVD block within the specification.
Dimension C  less than 5.5 mm.
Position D is check from MP.
Check by test pin diameter 5.5 mm.

1-1. PAL Auto Adjustment (CVBS)
1. Select AV1 and input PAL signal (PAL CVBS: CB 75%Y/
75%C from signal generator).
2. Set the Service Mode (See above) and send “TT51” command.
1-2. PAL Auto Adjustment (RGB)
1. Select AV1 and input RGB signal (PAL RGB: CB 100%Y/
100%C from signal generator).
2. Set the Service Mode and send “TT52” command.
1-3. SECAM Auto Adjustment (CVBS)
1. Select AV1 and input SECAM signal (SECAM CVBS: CB
75%Y/75%C from signal generator).
2. Set the Service Mode and send “TT53” command.

ELECTRICAL  ADJUSTMENTS
1. SIGNAL  ADJUSTMENT
Service adjustments to this model can be performed using the
following remote commander.
RM-ED002 (Part No. 1-479-392-11)
RM-EA002 (Part No. 1-479-393-11)
How to Enter into the Service Mode
Procedure:
1. Turn on the power to the set.
2. Press two buttons of  %  and     on the remote commander
simultaneously.
3. Press the [9] button on the remote commander five times.
4. Press the [OK] button on the remote commander, and remote
commander is set to be able to transmit the test command.
5. Press the  %    button on the remote commander two times,
then “TT –––” will appear in the upper right corner of the
screen. Other status information will also be displayed.
6. Press the [MENU] button on the remote commander to obtain
the following menu on the screen.

7. Move to the corresponding adjustment item using the up or
down arrow buttons on the remote commander.
8. Press the right arrow button to enter into the required menu
item.
9. Press the [MEMU] button on the remote commander to quit the
Service Mode when all adjustments have been completed.
10. Press the [0] button on the remote commander to release the
Service Mode.
11. Press two buttons of  %  and      on the remote commander
simultaneously.
12. Press the [0] button on the remote commander five times.
13. Press the [OK] button on the remote commander, and remote
commander is set not to be able to transmit the test command.

Test Test Mode is available in Service Mode, OSD “TT” appears.
The functions described below are available by selecting the two
numbers.
To release “Test Test mode”, press 00 or switch the set into standby
mode.
