5 Neural-THX Lights up when the receiver

applies Neural-THX
processing to input signals.

You can use the supplied remote to operate the
receiver and to control the Sony audio/video
components that the remote is assigned to
operate.

The RM-AAL016 remote is used for
illustration purpose.

Press to turn on or off the audio/
video components that the
remote is assigned to operate.

If you press  / () button at

the same time, it will turn off
the receiver and other Sony
components (SYSTEM
STANDBY).
Note
The function of the AV  /

switch changes automatically
each time you press the input

If zone 2 or zone 3 is selected,
only the main receiver is turned

When “HDMI Video Direct” in
the HDMI settings menu is set
to “ON,” the PIP window is not
displayed.
