The check of LCD dead pixel is made.

3.  LCD display pattern is displayed as shown in the following 
fi gure.

The self-test of RTC module can be done.

3.  The self-test of RTC module is executed, and result is dis-
played.

A/D
A/D value (voltage value and temperature value) acquisition can 
be performed.
Procedure:
1.  Enter the test mode.
2.  Press the [

] keys to select the “BATT A/D”, and 
press the [
N
/ENT] key.
3.  A/D value (voltage value and temperature value) are acquired, 
and they are displayed.
 
(8 bit (The bit shift after LSB side 2 bit omission))

3.  The state of LOW DET is displayed.

The count value of the keys and switches operation can be dis-
played. Distinction of the keys and switches which operated is not 
performed.
Note: It cannot move to other modes from this mode.
Procedure:

] keys to select the “KEY COUNT”, 
and press the [

/ENT] key.
3.  The count value of the keys and switches operation is dis-
played.

It can change into the sleep state for standby current value mea-
surement.
Note: It cannot move to other modes from this mode.
Procedure:
1.  Enter the test mode.
2.  Press the [

] keys to select the “SLEEP”, and press

3.  The sleep state selection screen is displayed.

The result measured with the battery life measurement fi rmware 
can be displayed.
Procedure:

3.  Initialization is performed.
 
“Success” is displayed, and this unit reboots.
