[Test Mode]
The following checks can be implemented using the Test Mode.

How to Enter the Test Mode
1.  Turn the power on. (by inserting batteries)
2.  Slide for HOLD to the [HOLD/POWER] switch while press-

ing the [VOL –] button and [x] button at the same time.

How to Exit the Test Mode
Exit the test mode by turning OFF the power. (by removing the 
batteries)

Operation of the Test Mode
Select the desired item by using the [

The number of keys and slide
switches that are not pressed
after the transition to KEY 
CHECK is indicated.

The last key that has been pressed
is indicated.

The counter is decreased by 1 since
the ERASE key is pressed for the 
first time. Thereafter , it will not be 
decreased even when the ERASE key
is pressed.
Where 22 is counted down to 0 by 
pressing of other keys. The setting is
formatted to the factory setting.

•  Key inputs may be done in any desired order.
 

When a key input is confi rmed, the name of the key and the 
number of undetected keys are indicated.

•  Once all the key inputs are confi rmed, “ACCESS” is displayed 

starting initialization. After the initialization has been complet-
ed, the system is rebooted. (The POWER ON state is held.)

•  The status is held with the message “ERROR” displayed. (The  

system is not rebooted.)

•  The transition from this mode to other mode is inhibited.
•  To exit this mode, disconnect power (unplug the battery).

3.  Audio Loop test
•  Execute the AUDIO LOOP BACK.

•  The Audio Loop Back operation is executed.
 

Initial Value: Play VOL = 20/fs = 44.1 kHz/Stereo

•  When the set is operating, the recording level for VOR is con-

stantly acquired and indicated.

 

(The level is sampled and held at intervals of 1 second.)

 

The red LED illuminates when the level is greater than the 
VOR set value.

•  During operation, change the setting by using the following 

key inputs:

 

[VOL +]: Volume up

 

[VOL –]: Volume down

 

[REC]: Change microphone sencitivity
