SYMPTOM  The picture displays a bubble effect or fine frost effect lines. see figures 1 and 2.
 
 
CAUSE 
The LCD panel diffusion sheet layers are moving. 
 
ACTION 
Replace faulty diffusion panel and ensure that it is refitted as shown in figures 3 and 4.
