SYMPTOM The picture displays a bubble effect or fine frost effect lines. see Figures 1 and 2.
CAUSE
The LCD panel diffusion sheet layers are moving.
ACTION
Replace the faulty diffusion sheet with the new part number including lens panels as
required and ensure that the panel is re-assembled correctly as shown in Figure 3.

Please Note.
The opening of the LCD panel assembly needs to be done in a clean/dust free
enviroment.
The replacement sheets have a front and rear. It is important that all sheets are
assembled with their cut-off, shown in Figure 3 to the R.H. lower corner of the panel
assembly as this will ensure they are assembled correctly.

The replacement lens sheets have no protection film and are assembled as supplied.
The panel layers should be handeled with great care and only held at their edges and
only when being assembled.
