Checking the RGB input
Feed the sync separation analog RGB signal to INPUT1.
Select INPUT1 by using the panel key or remote control.
Is a picture displayed?
NO
Go to "Video input check".
YES
Is a picture distorted?
YES
Go to "Checking of sync signal".
NO
Are three colors (R, G and B) displayed?
NO
Go to "RGB signal check".
YES
Perform AUTOSYNC.
Is the contour displayed properly?
NO
IC8017 or the periphery of IC8025 is defective.

Are vertical stripe patterns distorted?
