MX-FNX5  REPLACEMENT AND ADJUSTMENT  3 – 10

• The position of the punched holes can be adjusted in two ways.

Three spacers [A] are provided with the punch unit for manual
adjustment of the hole position in the main scan direction:
• 2  mm  (x  1)
• 1  mm  (x  2)

NOTE: 
One spacer was installed at installation and the remaining spac-
ers were fastened with a screw to the rear frame of the finisher
under the rear cover and slightly above the lock bar.

Remove the jogger unit cover [A] (  x 2).

* Apply grease to the jogger slide part at every 500K. 

(Silicon oil : ZSOLVZZL006FC)

Remove the jogger unit [B] (  x 2, 

 x 1).

Remove the jogger unit from the finisher. (

Remove the jogger unit control PCB [A] (  x 2, 

 x 3)

Remove the jogger unit from the finisher. (

Remove the shift tray jogger motor [A] (  x 2, 

 x 1).

Remove the shift tray jogger retraction motor [B]
