Maximum Printer Board Memory (640MB) and the AR-HD4 Hard Drive must be installed for 
Postscript printing support. 
 
Also, the AR-C260M firmware must be upgraded to the following versions:- 
 
ICU 5.15, OPE 5.14, PCU 5.09, SCN 5.08, Boot 1.90, PCL 5.15 (or higher). 
 
Product Key Registration 

 

Register the AR-PK4 Postscript option on the Sharp Activation Web Site (same method as 
ARNS1/NS2 etc):-

The Activation Web Site will then automatically send an e-mail containing the AR-PK4 Product 
Key. 

Note: A record of this Product Key should be kept by the Reseller. 

 
AR-PK4 Installation 

 

Install the AR-PK4 Flashcard into Socket 4 on the AR-P16 as shown below.
