Toner drops from the front side of copy approximately 2cm.

When installing the machine or the consumables at low temperature and humidity the
above problem may occur.  Humidity and temperature are part of process control, and it is
possible that as the consumables or machine attains normal operating temperature the
toner level can be increased by 7% too high.
As the stirring action at the front of the unit is not as efficient as the rear the excessive
toner falls at the front side.

As with all consumables precaution should be taken that they are allowed to acclimatise.

To ensure correct stirring action, 2 rib clips that attach to the front side have been
introduced.

The clips can be ordered from the Sharp Parts Centre as UKOG-0292FCZZ price rank
AA.  Each machine will require 8 clips.

Fitting instructions as below.

1.  Remove the DV box units from the machine and remove the DV cartridge.

2.  Lift up the F-side, then shake that and the carrier to the R-side.

3.  Remove the DV box cover

4.  Rotate rib of MX roller to horizontal.

5.  Pinch the clip by pliers.

6.  Hold DV box, then put in the clip to MX roller.

7.  Put in 2 pieces of rib clip to MX roller.

8.  Rotate MX roller 90 degrees to correct way.

9.  Set up DV box cover.

10.  Set up DV cartridge.

11.  Set up DV box units to machine.
