firmware cards for Cougar 2k models. 
If this card  is written with ICU 
firmware, the card will not work 
correctly and there is a risk of 
damaging the card. It may be

correct firmware at least 3 times. 
 
Only update ICU cards with ICU 
firmware, and OPE cards with OPE 
firmware etc.

The POD2 sensor actuator is being 
pulled back to its resting position 
during the reverse motion of the 
paper. Trim down the actuators length 
to just below the inside of the hook .

the MC corona is not “arching”. 
Also check the correct toner is being
