Only update ICU cards with ICU 
firmware, and OPE cards with OPE

POD2 jams while turning paper for 
face down delivery. 

The POD2 sensor actuator is being 
pulled back to its resting position 
during the reverse motion of the 
paper. Trim down the actuators length 
to just below the inside of the hook .

Noise from process unit. 

There is an incompatibility with Sharp 
supplied cleaner blades and “non 
Sharp” toner. Use genuine Sharp 
toner.

Machine continually “Warms Up” and 
fills the waste toner container. 

Check all HV outputs are set to 
specification (Sim 8-02). Also check 
the MC corona is not “arching”. 
Also check the correct toner is being 
used.

At what interval would you refurbish 
the DV unit?
