This is an IEEE1284 parallel and a USB 1.1 interface. It should be noted that
scanning to a PC is only available via the USB port.  Therefore, users of Windows 95
and Windows NT 4.0 will not be able to use the machine for scanning to a PC as
Windows 95 and Windows NT 4.0 do not support  a USB interface.

The toner/developer cartridge is self setting. No set-up
procedure is required.
