DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY

1. Opposed bias adjustment
1) Turn ON the lighting harness 1.
* At that time, check to confirm that the jig is in the standby state.
* Check to confirm that the switch of the simple signal circuit is
turned OFF.
2) Turn ON the unit.
3) Turn ON the switch of the simple signal circuit.
4) Check the opposed bias adjustment screen of the simple signal cir-
cuit.
5) Adjust [UP] and [DOWN] keys of the electronic VR adjustment
BOX_D so that flicker of the opposed bias adjustment screen is
minimized.
6) After completion of the opposed bias adjustment, press [WRITE]
key of the electronic VR adjustment BOX_D until the lamp goes
OFF.

7) Turn OFF the switch of the simple signal circuit.
8) Turn OFF the unit.
9) Check to confirm that the POWER_LED goes off.
10) Turn OFF the lighting harness.
11) Disconnect the LVDS harness from the electronic VR harness 2.
12) Disconnect the electronic VR harness 1 from DC IN side of the
electronic VR adjustment BOX_D, and disconnect the electronic VR
harness 2 from OUTPUT side.

13) Disconnect the electronic VR harness 1 from the DC harness.
14) Disconnect the lighting harness 2 from CN1 side of the simple sig-
nal circuit, and disconnect the DC harness from CN2 side.
15) Disconnect the lighting harness 1 and the lighting harness 2 from
the lighting 5V12V power.
16) Connect the normal connectors to CN1 side and CN2 side of the
control PWB.
