3-20. USB memory update
■OUTLINE
Create for performing USB memory upgrade the Touch monitor.
■How to operate
When you click the tool of "USB Memory Update" tab, the update procedure will be displayed. It is possible by performing the steps listed in
the tool, to perform USB memory upgrade the Touch monitor.
Specification for USB memory is the following.

That the USB memory meets the following requirements

Foarmat : FAT32 ( Implementation of format just prior to use )
- USB:
2.0/1.1

Maximum number of files in USB memory : 10 files

The writing may be made to the root folder of the USB memory from the PC

Dimensions are shown at right
It does not correspond to the following equipment
-
USB memory of encryption-capable
- USB
Hub
- USB-HDD

Card reader such as an SD card
The following shows the procedure.
1) Connect the USB memory to be used to upgrade to a PC on which you are running the service tool..
2) List of USB memory that is connected will be displayed in the combo box in step 2. Select from the combo box the USB memory to be
used.
3) Select from the combo box in step 3 the model of the Touch monitor.
4) Clicking the Copy button, version upgrade file will be copied to the USB memory. Storage location of the upgrade file to be copied is as
follows.
Memo: The version number should be entered on the part of the file name below the "*".

5) AC off the power of the Touch monitor
6) Connect the USB memory where you copied the files in step 4 to Touch monitor
7) AC on while holding down the power button on the Touch monitor.
8) Wait for Touch monitor to restart the rewriting is completed. Power LED will repeat the blinking of the green and orange lights of the
version up running.
9) OSD will be displayed on the screen Touch monitor is restarted. Make sure that the version of the software and model has been
changed correctly.
