12. If writing of EDID is completed properly or if the CANCEL button is

pressed on the EDID error screen, the screen will return to the bar-

code read screen at step (8).

Now, you can write EDID for other sets.

13. Setting [Product information] after loading EDID program 

1. Turn off the main power supply.

2. Hold down the [MODE] + [

] buttons and press the

[POWER] button.

3. If the above screen is displayed, press both the [

1

] + [

3

] buttons

simultaneously.

4.

Check the model name and serial number on the screen
against those on the name plate on the said monitor and make

sure they are the same before pressing the MENU button.

5.

Hold down the [MODE] button and press the [POWER] button.

The former model name, serial number and the usage time are dis-

played.

6.

Press the [POWER] button to shut off the software power supply.

How to set the printer port I/O address to 378.

1. Open the Control Panel and then click System.

2. Open the Device Manager tab and select the Display by Type radio

button.

3.

Click the "+" mark at the left of Port (COM/LPT) and check that there is

"Printer Port (LPT1), " "ECP Printer Port (LPT1)" or the like in the list.

4. Open the Properties of Printer Port (LPT1), and then open the

Resource tab.

The following two information is read from the old monitor.

• USEGE TIME

• SOGREF (sync-on green reference)

2.

Exchenge PWB, and write the serial number to EDID.

(Writing LL-191A series EDID writing board)

3.

If necessary, updated the firmware.
(How to use the LL-191A firmware program writing)

4.

Set [domestic model] or [OTHER model].

(Select OSD default language)

5.

Write the content of the setting of the user who read by the above-
mentioned. (USEGE TIME, SOGREF)

6.

Last Check

1.

The following information is read from the old monitor.
Explains from a monitor's power supply OFF condition.

1. Hold down the [MENU] + [MODE] buttons and press the [POWER]

button.

2. The following screen is displayed.

Record the usage time (150 hours in this case).

3. Turn off the main power supply, and hold down the [MENU] +

[MODE] + [

] buttons and press the [POWER] button.

Record the SOGREF value (150 hour in this case).

4. Press the [POWER] button to turn the POWER supply off.

Caution: When a user monitor does not operate, set up as follows.

Exchanged are PWB, and write the serial number to EDID.

1. Exchanged are main PWB.

2. Write EDID of the corresponding model. (Model name, S/N)

The contents of EDID are written in USER EEPROM.

If required, firmware is upgraded.

4.

Set up [Domestic model] or [OTHER model].

2. Since OSD DEFAULT LANGUAGE is displayed, cursor is

moved to a language to set.

Hold down the [MENU] + [MODE] buttons and press the [POWER]

button.

All reset is executed and the [ENGLISH] OSD is displayed.

Press the [POWER] button to turn the POWER supply off.

Set value SOGREF is matched to the user.

Press the [POWER] button to turn the POWER supply off.

6. Last check

Hold down the [MENU] + [MODE] buttons and press the [POWER]

button.

All reset is executed and the [ENGLISH] OSD is displayed.

Turn off a power supply, and hold down the [MODE] buttons and

press the [POWER] button.

The former model name, serial number and usage time are

shown as follows:

Check whether it isset as usege time is the old monitor.

Check the language setting on the version notification screen.

When replacing the LCD panel with a new one, select [USEGE TIME]
using the [0].
([USEGE TIME] is the standard of the total of the lamp lighting time of a
panel. at the time of new panel use, it is alike and sets up)

Exchanged are Panel.

To set 0 in "Use time", following operates it. 

1. Hold down the [MENU] + [MODE] + [

] buttons and press the

[POWER] button.

2. Press the [

] buttons simultaneously.

Because the following screen is displayed, each item is set to

all 0. 

Movement of an item can be performed in [MODE].

Numerical change is possible at [

].

3. After making sure the usage time is set for 0 hours,

press the [MENU] button to finish the setting.

Press the [POWER] button to turn the POWER supply off., and hold
down the [MODE] buttons and press the [POWER] button.

Press the [POWER] button to turn the POWER supply off, and hold

down the [MODE] buttons and press the [POWER] button, and turn off

a Rear part power supply
