If you Open table 1 from the active tables list on the handheld and then select the 
manual status change 'Main Course' then send the order it changes the table 
status to main course on both the till and the handheld. If you log off the hand 
held and back on the table status on both HHT and Till changes back to unused. 
Now fixed 

 

 

When manually changing the status of a table on the handheld it says no product 
is associated with PLU 100000003. Now fixed 

 

 

When using Priority kitchen printing the follow-on items were not being shown as 
priority items on the KP. Fixed 

 

 

When performing a mix and match promotion ‘cheapest item free’ an extra free 
item is shown on the screen to denote that an item has been deducted, but this 
item was also being sent through to the cashrsp file and affecting the stock. 
Fixed 

 

 

When converting an old S98 program the Preset PLUs in S98 were not being 
converted to PLU nos. in Data Transfer Wizard. fixed 

 

 

If a sale of a single item was split by 3, and it's the only item in a dept, 
when totalled the quantity becomes incorrect on the Dept report. Fixed 

 

 

Micros - part payments with non-hotel payments were always sending the full 
sales total as amount. Now fixed 

 

 

The authority level set against Function 40 is now used to control the following 
popup message. 'This transaction has a payment pending do you want to 
continue' 

 

 

When paying for interval drinks using EFT Ocius the tickets are not printed. Fixed 

 

 

When using the Slip printer for Receipts. If Printing or viewing transaction’s from 
within the transaction history no information was being displayed or printed. Now

Close Session ‘EFT Log’ reports now available. New setting USEEFTLOG=1 
must be added to the S2001.ini file on all tills. If the setting EFTOCIUSWAIT=1 is 

used then the EFT Logs are not available for printing at Close Session. 

 

If an item has been Voided that has already been sent to the KP, everytime the 
table is opened a VOID is printed out in the Kitchen. Now fixed 

 

Condiments: a 'to follow' item when replacing during dummy dessert feature a 
product set as ‘Extra’ was being ignored. 

 

EFT completions were not posting cash postings to Innsite/Micros. Fixed 

 

In KP consolidation, follow-on items were not being kept with their parent. Fixed 

 

When a transaction is finalised on a till the revenue was being assigned to the till 
were the table was opened.  Now fixed. The revenue is now assigned to the till 
were the transaction is paid off.

When opening and closing tables with ‘Auto table release’ set in VPM – Till 
configuration Options. There is no record of the last server to open and add any 
items to a table.  To overcome this the ‘Open tables’ report within Venta Main Menu – 
Reports has now been enhanced to show the last Server to add items to a table. 

 

 

Occasionally the top left button of a list would go black the button will return to 
normal after re-entry to that list. Now Fixed 

 

 

When taking a time and attendance report that contained more than 200 entries 
the following message was displayed "To many registrations > 200 for this 
server". Venta Pro has now been changed to show upto 1000 entries 

 

Using the Innsite interface Venta Pro has been changed to show the posting 
information from were the transaction is finalised. This is now the same as all 
previous versions of Venta Pro and Venta / Dos 

 

Printer Spooler hanging on slip prints. After 32767 spool records. Now Fixed 

 

Server Sales report now shows correct sales figures when using a payment 
method other than cash payment method 1. 

 

When cash payments other than payment method number 1 are being used as 
cash, after overtendering the overtender amount is no longer treated as (cash 
given in change) it is just treated as normal change. 
 
New payment method type option ‘Other’ introduced. If using a payment method 

other than payment method 1 to give the overtender amount as (Cash Given in 
Change) ie for Credit card cashback. The ‘Other’ option must be used.

 

 

When setting products within VPM to be ‘Follow on product’ occasionally allowed 
order printers  be configured, now it is not possible to edit the order printers for a 
product set as ‘Follow On’ 

 

 

When using the KPACCUTOTALQTY=1 and the NEWKP=3 Venta Pro could 
close intermittently. Now fixed 

 

 

 

 

The following error 'Error 70 on 50 Tranmove 7.0' where 7.0 is the table number 
that you are transferring to, 
       if you perform the following 
         
        Open table 1 
        Add Items 
        Then layaway 
        Split the table 2 ways 
        Then open the table from ADT (Even though it shows as unused) 
        When the split selection screen appears select 'Cancel' 
        You are left in the Bar screen 
        Add new items 
        now try and transfer these items to a table that is empty 
        select yes to to transfer the table 
then the error message appears 
Now fixed

 

 

 

After a bill split the Active table Display on the will now show the table as in use, 
previously the active table display showed a table containing a split as unused. 

 

Slip Spooler causes Venta Pro to lockup after 30000+ spool jobs. Now fixed

TABLE GROUPING screen from appearing intermittently. Updated 
GCTouchPlus.dll dated 03/12/08 stops this occurring. 

 

Realtime loyalty S2001.ini setting GCLOYIBSX=0 was being ignored, causing a 
timeout issue when using Instant loyalty. Now fixed 

 

 

‘Cash Given in change’ no longer appears on House cash report by default. 
To show this add the S2001.ini setting REPORTCHANGECASH=1

 

 

Item discounts quantity not being included in server totals. 

 

When increasing or decreasing the End Period (mins) setting within time plans 
using the up and down arrow the number did not move in the box but a number 
appeared further up the screen. Now fixed.  

 

If switching to Price band 2 using the ‘One shot price band’ button and then 
scanning a product the product was sold at the default price. Now fixed 

 

When Opening a  Table

  

Press Esc when the keyboard pops up

  

Select a product that is Non priced

  

Don't enter a price press cancel

  

Then select a normal product with a preset price.

  

Select another normal product and you get the error message

  

"Create Transaction error 2700" 

Now fixed 

 

Loyalty discounts now appear in the Discounts section of the Department report  

 

If a server is assigned to drawer 2 and they split a £20 table 2 ways when the 
splits are cashed off £10 shows on the close session report assigned to Drawer1 
and £10 is assigned to Drawer2. Now fixed 

 

Using Cashrsp5 an extra field containing a zero’0’ is being added to the $Item 
line in v3.1.680. Now fixed 

 

The Venta Pro bar at the bottom of the screen is intermittently appearing in 
another part of the screen.  Now fixed 

 

 

When upgrading from V2 to V3 list size 6x5 is now included  

 

When performing a refund using the realtime loyalty interface and paying by 
points with a reverse transaction or refund with a negative value insufficient 
points would be displayed. Now fixed 

 

When manually entering a deposit value of £255 this was changed to £254. Now 
fixed.  

 

Analysis Field 9 can now be configured within VPM - Promotions 

 

Pre-Ordered/Interval drink items now appear ion the transaction history 

 

After cancelling a promo with a manual rate entry the “error correct” function 
could be used again. Now fixed
