Scheduler for automatic SD card storage.
With this version a new feature is introduced which realises secured reports on SD cards. With this
feature it is possible to save secure data files on the SD Card controlled by a scheduler. Beside of
the daily turnover files, the term files as well as an “All RAM” or “PGM” "Backup can be saved.
All this is settable in accordance to the system setting.
Turnover files for daily or term data can be saved for the following reports:
Transaction, Department, PLU, Clerk, Cashier.
Additionally the data of the following files will be saved automatically:
Hourly, Employee Transaction, GT, Customer Sales, CCD Shift, Employee Time, Open GLU,
Z Counter, Closed Transaction, Entry Mask files (Universal 1"20), T"LOG and Electronic Journal.
The data will be only saved if the related file exists. After the selected files are saved, they will be
reset at the ECR side.
For every scheduled day, a folder is created which will get the name from that day. All files will be
saved into this folder. I.e. the name will be 110813"1 for the first folder created 13

Each weekday with the set time.
To ensure that a scheduler job can be carried out, a new function key
is available and can be freely placed on any screen. By pressing on this
key a system check is done. It is checked if a transaction is open, if a
clerk is still signed on, if an overlapped clerk has an open transaction
and if a SD Card is inserted and writeable.
After the check either an information window will appear for a short
while or an error window will pop up with further information about
the kind of error.
In an Inline System, the check can be carried out at the Master only.
If an error is ignored and i.e. a Clerk is signed on during the job, the
job will be carried out but the Clerk can not be reset.
Every carried out job as well as the result will be written into a Log file. The Log file can be printed /
reset with the “DAILY SAV.REP.LOG” report. Refer to:
\2 X1/Z1 MODE\1 READING\42 DAILY SAV.REP.LOG
\2 X1/Z1 MODE\2 RESETTING\23 DAILY SAV.REP.LOG
All saved data can be read by an Online"RJE.
Remark:
During a running scheduler job, the machine is locked. I.e. if machine is powered on during a
scheduler job is running, the screen remains dark until the job has been finished.

Sequential count, print of consecutive numbers and Journal print/EJ storage.
In order to comply with legal regulations in some countries, the counting and Journal print/EJ
storage of all actions regarding the Training Clerk is realized at the ECR. This depend on the already
existing SRV parameter #986D (+1). If “Journal Print/EJ recording/T"LOG recording in training
mode” is set to YES, the above mentioned becomes valid.
Journal print /EJ storage and sequential count of the consecutive number for all actions are
ensured. Previously not recorded actions are now printed/stored and numbered/counted, i.e. SRV
jobs, PGM jobs, X/Z jobs, registrations a.s.o.
From this version onwards also any “Online communication” is considered as an operation and
follows above rule.
Remark: If SRV #904B = +4, the consecutive number will not be printed at all.
