Q. Is there any way I can get a customer receipt on request. 

A. Yes, there is as after transaction receipt (30 lines) 

 

Q. Is there such a feature as Training whereby transaction can be carried out 
without affecting sales data. 

A. Yes, there is a training mode. 

 

Q. Can we have a print out the store name on the customers receipt? 

A. Yes, there is a graphic logo which can be programmed with text. 

 

Q. How are the memory contents of the machine retained, when the mains 
are disconnected. 

A. There are 3 AAA Batteries fitted to the machine for this purpose. 

 

Q. There is a PC Link software package available, what is this? 

A. The PC Link software will allow basic programming of the machine from a 
PC. The information is not retained in the PC for download to other machines. 
This piece of software is unsupported from some resellers. 

 

Q. What type of cable is required to connect my XEA212 to the PC with this 
software? 

A. There is a cable diagram together with other information in the PC Link

Q. Can the XEA-212 have overlap clerk? 

 

A. Unfortunately the XEA212 does not have overlap clerk please contact Sharp Electronics for other
