7. KEY SCAN
7-1. STROBE SIGNAL AND RETURN SIGNAL
The key state and the mode key state are detected by 16 strobe signals
and 14 return signals.

Four signals of KS0 ~ KS3 which are the base of 16 strobe signals
are assigned to the CPU port, and decoded to 16 strobe signals
