A flexible and easy to use SD* card slot is integrated as
standard and supports for the following functions:
Save daily sales data and open on a PC
Save Electronic Journal and open on a PC
Programming data back up and/or restore
Load receipt header/footer/graphic logos

In addition, the ERA421/411 also supports for the Toshiba
FlashAir wireless protocol, which allows for data to be sent
from the Cash Register to a wireless router.

The ERA421/411 features a clear backlit operator display
that is tiltable from 15 to 90 degrees to suit all operators.

To suit all in-store lighting conditions, the brightness and

their business.

An age verification feature is included on the ERA421/411
to alert clerks to restricted items.
To ensure that servers take responsibility for verifying the
age of customer when selling restricted items (Alcohol,
tobacco or fireworks), an on-screen prompt will appear
when pre-set items are sold.
This is a useful feature for all hospitality or retail outlets
that sell alcohol and/or tobacco because it puts the
responsibility for verifying a customer’s age in the hands
of the servers.
For a full audit trail and for proof that a customer’s age has
been verified, a record is created on the journal roll and
electronic journal.
10 programmable Auto Keys are included with the
ERA421/411. These are a very useful time-saving feature
as routine key presses are automated.
The Auto Key feature supports for up to 50 key strokes
which means that even the more complicated operations
can be condensed to one key press.
The Auto Keys can be grouped together into the ‘Auto
Menu’ function but for even more flexibility, they can be
added to the fully customizable keyboard as a direct key.
For security purposes, a secret code can also be assigned to
each Auto Key.

The free PC Programming tool allows for the preset data on
the Electronic Cash Register to be edited and saved and is an
essential resource for any retail or hospitality user.

as the data which is stored on the SD card will be read by the
PC Programming tool.

which allows for images to be printed on the receipt.

any costly mistakes as data can be viewed on a PC screen
prior to uploading to the Electronic Cash Register.
