Angle Selection (DVD only)
Sequence of angle shots.
(Example)
This function can only be used for discs on which scenes shot from
multiple angles have been recorded.
Some DVD discs contain scenes which have been shot simultane-
ously from a number of different angles. For these discs, the same
scene can be viewed from each of these different angles using the
ANGLE
button. (The recorded angles differ depending on the
disc used.)
Titles that have been shot from different angles are indicated by an
ANGLE
indicator next to the title on the front panel display.
1
While you are playing a DVD disc with different angles recorded,
press the ANGLE
button on the remote control to view the
number of the current angle.
When you press the
ANGLE
button or the ' or " button in the
cursor controls
, the scene changes to the next angle in those
recorded, and playback continues from the new angle.
If only one angle is recorded, the angle mark
 does not appear.
If the button is not pressed after 10 seconds, the indicator goes off.
