Is the key switch contact and tightness as specified?

Check the line between each button and IC2504.
Or check the pull-up resistor at pin (63, 74 or 75) of IC2504.

Check the circuits that generate the control voltages.

Is the control voltage properly applied at pin (74) (KEY_EJCT),
pin (75) (KEY_STBY), pin (63) (KEY_DOOR), pin (94)
(KEY_OPC1) or pin (95) (KEY_OPC2), all on IC2504?
* While the POWER, DOOR OPEN/CLOSE, TRAY OPEN/

CLOSE or relevant button is held down, the "H" level
changes to "L" level.

* PB, STOP, SKIP- and SKIP+ buttons

Press each of these buttons and make sure the voltages
shown in Fig. 1 are applied to the related pins of IC2504.

Are the cables from the panel inserted in the specified plugs?

Is the DOOR position detection signal in the state listed below?

Check the line between pin (3) of CN2507 and pin (50) of IC2504.
Or check the cables and detection PWB for poor connection.

Is the control signal outputted, as required, from pin (48)
(PNL_CLOSE) and pin (49) (PNL_OPEN) of IC2504?

Check the door opening/closing motor.
Replace the motor as required.

Check IC2504 and its peripheral circuits. Replace IC2504 as
required.

If the fuse still blows after replacement, refer to "The fuse blows" in
the FLOW CHART No.2.

Does the power come back if the power cable is unplugged
and plugged again after several seconds?

Is a part of primary circuit causing leaks, short-circuit or open circuit
(L901, L902, D901, T901, IC901, C911 and their peripheries)?

Check D954, L953, C960 and C963 of the AT_5V line.
