1. It is fitled to the mechanical center of VRA1, VRA2, VRA3, and VRA4.(FIg. 10-1)
2. Connect the digital multimeter to the terminals of the speaker, and adjust the voltage between + and – of each terminal to 0

10 mVolt with VRA1 (L-ch) or VRA2 (R-ch). (Fig.9-3)

Wind the lead wire around the core
once. Mount the core and lock it.
Then, tie them together nylon band.

Wind the 5P lead wire, as 
shown, once around each
core  .  Mount the cores and
lock them. Then, insert the
connectors.
Place the core around the 
position shown above.
After processing the core, insert the 12P connector from
the terminal PWB.

Pull out the lead wires from above.
Press the lead wires wound around
the core toward the SP relay PWB.
Press the core to the terminal
board with the core stood.

Place the core near the
connector.
Twist the 12P lead wire and wind it
around core once (near the connector).
Mount the core and lock it. Then, insert
the connectors.
Fix the core to the aperture
using nylon band.
(Head inside)
After fixing the core,  insert the 5P connector from
the digital PWB. (See Fig.-B.)
Insert the 2P connector
from the inlet.

Push the core of the SP lead wires into the
space between the shield case and the
sperker relay PWB. (The direction of the
core can be either vertical or horizontal.)
Push in the core.
Push in the core.
Mount the core to the 11P lead wire.

After passing through the cores, insert the
terminals in the 4P and 6P housings.
Core
After winding the lead wire around the core, 
insert the 7P connector from the SP relay
PWB in the terminal PWB. (Perform the
above by placing the core around the place
shown). Be careful not to touch the screw.

If any one of the bands shown in Fig. 11-2 is removed some reason, be sure replace it to the original position and same appearance
as before.
Pull out the lead wires from above.

Press the core to the terminal board with the core stood.
Insert the 2P connector
from the inlet.
Tie with nylon band.
