REASON
Tape error appears on the display for the following reasons.
1. The gap between play arm and solenoid is insufficient.

When a unit having this problem is encountered trim the play arm material (approx
0.2 to 0.3mm).

2. Voltage supply instability to tape the mechanism at power up.
This can be solved by changing the surface mount resistor RT1 value from 82R to
560R and replace the resistor R923 (33R) with a zener diode (VHEDZ3R9BSB-1).
