SECTION 2 DISASSEMBLY PROCEDURES

2.2. Preparations
•  When you exchange modules or board, in order to make it discharge from an electrolytic condenser, please wait for 1 minute 
after the power supply end.
•  To avoid damaging the LCD panel, lay out a soft cloth or towel, and turn the front of the unit down, and lay down so that the 
entire monitor rides on a table completely. 
    Note:When local pressure is surppressed, Mura of the picture image may be seen. In this case ,please carry out aging by 
    burn in mode. (Refer to INF.7 in the SECTION 1)
Precautions when replacing each component
• When you replace each component, please be sure to carry out following procedure as below.
• Be careful not to overtighten the screws when replacing each module.
• Please remove a clamper and a wire processing tape if needed in the repair.

7.2. Preparations

7.3. Replacement of WI-FI Module 
(Dongle)
1. Remove the screw and then remove the WI-FI Module
(Dongle).

2.3. Rear cover removal
 1. Remove screw S2, and remove the cover(Ref. No.14) and disconnect cable before removing the rear cover.
 2. Remove 22 screws S1.
 3. Remove rear cover(Ref. No.13).

1.  Remove the screws to remove the rear cover.   
Note: Remove the cover (Ref.No.14) and disconnect cable before removing the rear cover. 
 
 
 
 
2.  Disconnect the pins and remove the screws from the Boards.

2.4. A module removal
 1.  Disconnect the connectors on A modules.
 2. Remove 2 screws S9.
 3. Remove 4 screws S3 and remove A module(Ref.No.20).
 4. Remove hex screws and then take A module off from the IO brackets (Ref.No.8).
 5.  Remove hex screws and then take A module off from the IO brackets (Ref.No.9).
2.5. P module removal
 1. Remove 3 screws S3, 2 screws S7 and disconnect connectors on P module.
 2. Remove P module(Ref.No.21).

2.6. LCD panel module removal
1. Disconnect 4 nuts S6.
2. Disconnect 2 nuts S8.
[Note]
• The bezel sheet and bezel corner are fixed with double-sided tape.
  If it is removed, it might be deformed and cannot be reused.
• Bezel sheets and bezel corners are included in the replacement LCD pane unitl.
